Much like our Medical Play Kit, this lab coat serves a therapeutic purpose: soothing the fear of the unknown. By dressing up, a child can explore the active role of the doctor rather than the passive role of the patient, decreasing feelings of helplessness and unfamiliarity. This lab coat puts the child in control of the "treatments" given to stuffed animals or family members.
Every lab coat comes with a pair of child-sized glasses. (For safety, these lab coats have no buttons and the glasses contain no glass.)
